Vintage Umbrella with Rhinestone Poodle Dog Handle - Retro Chic Accessory

No designer/brans markings; exact year of manufacture unknown. Condition is VERY GOOD. The mechanism to deploy the umbrella is fully functional and the waterproof fabric is neither torn not stained. A few rhinestones have popped off (see photo of the top of the orb) and the metal shaft shows only a touch of tarnish/rust. Still in lovely shape overall!
