Vintage Ukraine Soviet Union Air Force Colonel Shirt USSR Pins Russian Authentic

When my husband served in the US Air Force, he did some training with the Ukraine Air Force. He was gifted this shirt by a Colonel Pilot. The shirt has some stains (see photos). Comes with the shoulder rank insignia. One of the insignia bands doesn't button close. It's currently held by tape.
