Vintage U.S. Army Combat Boots

Vintage U.S. Army combat boots, likely 1950s paratrooper boots with BF Goodrich rubber soled. Excellent condition with some aesthetic wear. Black leather upper, leather and rubber soles. ⚠️ These are beautiful and sturdy boots, however the sizing is where things get tricky: Marked size 6E, with bottom sole stamped as 10 1/2. Width is 3 1/4”, length 10 1/2”. I wear women’s shoe size 6.5 and these boots are too long—the size maybe closer to a woman’s 8 but I really don’t know how military shoe sizing works. My boyfriend wears a men’s shoe size 10 and the boots are too small/short for him.
