Vintage Two Potato Trippy Neon Flowy Maxi Dress

Vibrant flowy vintage maxi dress by Two Potato of Laguna Beach. Trippy floral pattern in neon pinks, oranges, and purples. Bell sleeves that hit at about elbow length. Good vintage condition with some minor pulls in the fabric throughout, one spot that looks like pen on the front near the waist that I’ve never tried to remove before, and another small dark spot near the front bottom hem (all pictured). Fabric feels like acrylic and tag says machine washable! Vintage size large, fits true to size. Very flowy and could be worn belted for a casual boho look.
