Vintage Turquoise & Sterling Silver bracelet

I don’t think the bracelet was ever worn. It has a toggle clasp engraved with “strength” and a small dangling charm. It looks like it is strung on a slightly elasticized string. Due to the age, I don’t know how stretchy or sturdy it would be.
