Florentine finish goldtone polo mallet with pave faux-black diamond riding helmet brooch with security clasp. Marked crown "Trifari." Measures: 3 1/4 inches long by 1/2 inch. Excellent condition. This is a remake of a design which was first advertised in Mademoiselle magazine in 1937. This brooch was featured in a 1959 advertisement.
