This amazing skirt features an off-center cut that buttons down. Repeating blue and black novelty tribal pattern. Not sure of which culture. Fabric seems to be a linen blend. The brand is “Shirts and Skirts by Lollie.” Excellent condition. Found one tiny stain, hardly noticeable. 14.5” across waist 29” long
