Vintage Toy Story buzz light year

Disney Pixar Toy Story Buzz Lightyear 14" Action Figure Thinkway Toys Jointed. It is a first-edition Ultimate Talking Action Figure from 1995. The sounds and the voice works movement of the arms and the waist works. The large "Lightyear" button does not respond. We are not sure what this button is for. The rest of the buttons work fine (video included) The batteries are not included. Good used condition given the age. Questions? Leave a comment below!
