Vintage Toy Soldier Carabinier 1810 1st Regiment M.D.M plastic

Vintage Toy Soldier Carabinier 1810 1st regiment Model of a French soldier encased in a clear plastic case with black base Soldier and case are made of plastic and measures: Soldier on horse 3”, case is 4” X 4”. Case has M.D.M in upper left hand corner, and case is yellowing and has cracks at the bottom. I am a smoke free home but I cannot speak prior to come into my possession.
