When the arm is pulled forward, the wheels spin, then stop when the arm is pushed back Does not come with the 2 keys or the power cord, unsure if it is working. Shows fading on the chrome finish. There is also a coin banging around inside I didn't try to get out. For the best description of condition please review all the pictures and let me know if you have any questions.
