Vintage Touchy Subject skirt

Vintage 80s/90s floral skirt by Touchy Subject. Elastic waist, no pockets. Waist is approximately 28.5 inches and length is approximately 21.5 inches. I would say this is a size large, as tag is missing. 100% rayon. (the material tag fell off)
