Vintage Tot's Fork and Spoon in Cool Old Box

Cute baby fork and spoon in original box. These are silver plate and stamped 15. Could use a shine and box is dinged in places. Utensils are 4 1/2" and box is 3x5" I think these are from the 30s or 40s and were made by Holmes & Edwards.
