Vintage Toscana Large Sandwich Tray by Faiencerie de Gien

Ooh la la! Made in Gien, France by the Faiencerie de Gien, this vintage (from the 70s) tray is in excellent preowned condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. Faiencerie de Gien is a faience, (earthenware) factory that was founded in 1821 by Thomas Edme Hulm. The length is 14 1/8 inches the width is 6 1/18 inches and the plate is 3/4 of an inch tall. There are no surface scratches. This could be a beautiful display tray for perfume bottles, jewelry, etc.
