Vintage Topkapi Collection Turkish Art Glass Pedestal Cake Plate

Vintage Topkapi Collection art glass reverse painted hand decorated pedestal cake/dessert plate. Made in Turkey, and I believe to have been sold in the Topkapi Museum gift shop. 8 ½" in diameter, with a optical illusion peacock feather like pattern, painted silver on bottom. This is food safe and handwashing is recommended. No chips or cracks, has a couple paint loss spots on bottom ( see last 2 pics ). Very unique, interesting piece!
