Vintage Toni Todd long sleeve pleated dress with cowl turtleneck Union made 70s

Excellent condition! To be vintage it's in pristine condition. Size is not listed but I'm guessing medium pit to pit measures 18" across length is 40" long sleeves are 23" long 100% polyester 70s long sleeve dress with a light blue pleated bottom. Zip up back with a cowl turtleneck neckline.
