Vintage "Tommy the Clown" Collector Plate Children's Circus Collection 1982

This collector plate is titled "Tommy the Clown" by the artist John McClelland. Plate is the first issue in the McClelland Children's Circus Collection. It is plate number 3946 of a limited edition of 100 firing days. It is made by the Edwin M Knowles China Company and is Bradex number 84-R60-31. Plate is dated 1982. Plate is in excellent condition but I do not have the original box or papers.
