Vintage Toddler Sweater with Pink White Kitten and Tulip Pattern and Blue Bows

Vintage Toddler Sweater by Popsicle brand Marked size 3 (please refer to photos for accurate measurements and comment with any questions). Features cat and pink tulip flower pattern on front, back, and sleeves. Front is adorned with three blue ribbon bows. Sweater has some stretch throughout. In good condition. Two visible snags as pictured, no stains or holes.
