Vintage Tiptoe 1960’s Collar or Shoe Clip

This is a Vintage 1960’s collar or shoe clip signed by Tiptoe. I tried to get a picture of the signature, but not sure if you can read it or not. This measures approximately 1 1/2” x 2”. This is in nice shape and the hinges still work perfectly.
