Vintage Tin Litho Toy Spinning Top Ohio Art Co Mother Goose Collectible

Made by the Ohio Art Company, this adorable spinning top features vibrant stripes and renderings of various Mother Goose characters. Includes Humpty Dumpty, Jack and Jill, Three Men in a Tub, Little Bo Peep, Jack Be Nimble, Little Miss Muffet, etc. The bottom features concentric red and white circles. This is easy to use, just pull up on the blue wooden handle, push down, and watch it spin! To improve the spin of this top, you may want to occasionally oil the spiral. The plastic disc for the base is damaged , but still is functional. Measures approximately 8 1/2" wide, and 8" tall. It does show a few scuffs and scratches consistent with age and use. Overall in lovely vintage shape and perfect for your toy top.
