Vintage Tilso Japan picture frame and telephone bank (set of two).

Featured is a beautiful vintage hand painted picture frame and telephone savings bank made by Tilso Japan. Both pieces are detailed with pearl & rhinestone clusters, as well as, light green leaves and gold gilded painting throughout these lovely vintage pieces. One flower on the left-hand side of the picture frame is missing a center rhinestone (see pic). The saying on the telephone is “Save for your telephone bill.” There is wear on both items due to the age, but in spite of age they are in lovely condition. Both pieces are numbered on the base.
