Beautiful Tiffany & Co Open Heart necklace. This was designed by Elsa Peretti who started working with Tiffany in 1974. The font on the stamping dates the necklace to the late 1980’s. The necklace has been polished and cleaned to an excellent vintage preloved condition. The .925 silver chain measures 16” long.
