Vintage Tiffany & Co. sterling silver puffed heart pendant. Acquired from a private estate collection, this large puffy heart is a rare and highly collectible vintage style. It is authentic and signed with the Tiffany & Co. hallmark and stamped “Sterling” on back. Perfect for hanging on a necklace chain. Nice medium / large size of 1” length and 0.75” width. Great pre-owned condition with a heavy sterling patina that has been left as is to honor its age, but it can be polished up to a bright silver finish as well.
