I would say in Fair condition does need to be cleaned and some areas there are spots they're probably washable. there is one small hole underneath the top of his bow tie but can be easily sewn. also noted in picture. all spots are noticed in the pictures above. pre-owned. he also has a piece missing at the end of his candy cane in his hand and he's missing part of his bow tie he has the front part but he's missing the red part that goes around his neck.
