Dress is marked as a size 3/4 but it is vintage sizing so please see measurements below for best fit. Shirt dress is made in the USA and belt is Made in West Germany. Dress can be worn with or without the belt. Belt has some wear on the back which can be seen in last photo. Measurements: Pit to pit: 21 in. Length: 40 in. Pit to end of sleeve: 9.5 in.
