Vintage Textured Cropped Blazer

This little jacket is gorgeous. It's in excellent condition, but has 2 tiny spots about the size of pencil tip shown in the photos. It has built in shoulder pads that cannot be easily removed by cutting. This is a bold blazer that would pair perfectly with some high waisted jeans / pants.
