Vintage Tea Strainer & Draining Bowl w/Vintage Carved Mother of Pearl Handle. Beautifully carved handle - some discoloration in the mother of pearl - this was purchased about 15 years ago in an antique store called Gift Garden Antiques. I am not sure if this is sterling silver, silver plated or a combination of the two. I could not find the 925 demarcation, but it feels like sterling. There is some light scratches or dings but nothing severe. Please check pics carefully. The mug is not included - for image purposes only. The strainer is 7 1/2" in length and the strainer part is 3" wide. A perfect gift for the tea connoisseur. Non-smoking home. I've tried to polish it the best I could with silver polish but it wouldn't hurt to give it another try. $130-146 on Etsy for a similar item.
