janis_love these look like mine, stamped inside tasco. True RayBan have the name stamped on top of the gold metal near the white part. it's not in your 2nd pic.

nikfun @janis_love thank you for bringing it to my attention. When I bought them they were marketed as Ray Bans, and that's what Google said. However, I got not a magnifying glass, and I saw that the side is labeled Tasco.
