Vintage Tartan Wool Wrap Skirt

Gently used vintage wool kilt wrap skirt. The waist measures 24 inches and the length measures 28 inches. Leather straps on either side of the skirt for closure. Maker unknown however I suspect from a German speaking country based on the remaining tag on the skirt. The tag indicates 100% pure new wool. From a non-smoking home.
