Vintage Tartan Plaid Skirt

This vintage midi skirt has a tartan or plaid pattern with black, pink, red, and blue colors. I believe the material is a wool blend. The skirt is lined and it has pockets! It zips in the back and has double hook clasps. The tag says: size 10 dry clean only. It is in good condition overall, but the hook clasps (pictured) could use some mending. The waist measures 13 inches laying flat. The length measures 26 inches.
