Vintage Tan Floral Embroidered Cream Single Clasp Cardigan GORGEOUS

Beautiful sweater and very soft - feels like Cashmere but has no label. It is unlined. There is a hook and eye at front neck edge, sweater falls open to the sides from there, It fits XS and S in my opinion Measurements are : Shoulders: 16" Bust 18" Length 19.5" Sweater has been freshly dry-cleaned by my specialist vintage dry cleaner. (FYI this cost me $20.) Thus it is ready to wear. Note, I took these pictures before having the sweater cleaned and it looks even better now. I will try to take new photos and post them soon. I just picked the sweater up today and am really pleased at how well it turned out! There are no spots and no pilling. The embroidery is perfect. I believe the embroidery thread is silk as I have had these sweaters before and they were labeled as silk embroidery thread. I'm pretty sure it was made in Hong Kong like those were. They had embroidery workshops in Hong Kong in the 1940s and 50s that specialized in this type of work. It is all hand done. There is nothing like this being made today. It is really special!
