Vintage Tan Cotton Flare Skirt with Butterfly Print, Peter Popovitch

Cute vintage button-up skirt from the "Peter Popovitch" brand with a butterfly print. Buttons up the front with an included drawstring waist in a matching pattern. This was a brand in the 70s/80s in Florida, but this skirt makes a great spring/summer piece anywhere! It even works well in winters if you layer under it! I have many of these, but am retiring my lesser-worn patterns. Fabric is 100% cotton. 13 inches across the waist (cinches smaller) 27 inches long Some missing decorative stiching on the included belt. A few of the buttons have been re-sewn, but they are original.
