Vintage Tall Hat Silk Polka dot Band 1960s mod

Here for your consideration is a nice vintage tall hat. It measures 4.5" tall. taking the tape around the band on the inside it measures 21" approximately. The hat a couple spec spots but otherwise in good wearable condition.
