Vintage Talbot's Red French Antique print wrap skirt size 12 True full wrap skirt, button closure (one on inside, 2 on outside) Skirt has belt loops, but does not come with a belt. a portion of the back has what appears to be an elastic waist band, but there is almost no stretch to it.
