A gorgeous 1990s hinged bracelet made in cloisonne style, featuring a teal blue background with butterflies and beautiful florals. The bracelet measures 2-1/4" in diameter, and opens up with a security chain. I've seen another bracelet like this labelled as Talbots, but there are no markings. In good, working condition. There is a slight gap between the bracelet and decoration plate on one side. Does not seem to affect the wear.
