Vintage 1980’s Tahari navy blue and white suit dress. From waist up it looks like a white blouse with long French cuff sleeves. Blouse part has wrap closure at side waist, slight shoulder pads, collar at neck and adjustable v neck with the tie. Back blouse has two tailored pleats. From waist down skirt is a textured blue with white pinstripes. It is a pencil skirt with back slit and knee length. Zips at skirt side. Great condition blouse has some yellowing- needs washing.
