Vintage Table Frosted Glass. Non Lighting

Table Top lighter. The base is made of frosted glass in a tulip shape. The top is made of chrome-plated metal. The lighter mechanism is marked "JAPAN". The glass base is intact with no visible cracks. The lighter's functionality is untested. It will need butane fluid and possible flint - a wick is present.It measures 4.25" tall
