Vintage TMNT Scumbug Villain Action Figure

This 1990’s figure is named Scumbug, and is a villain from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series. Scumbug’s arms and legs are posible and when you turn his head his jaw moves. There is a little surface wear but he is in good condition. Please check photos.
