Vintage Swing Coat- I Love Lucy Style -1950’s

This gorgeous 1950’s Swing coat speaks of classic couture and reminds me of I Love Lucy or a Hollywood starlet. It is a beautiful iridescent turquoise and is a “Styles of Distinction” by Morris’s of Newark, New Jersey. The fabric reminds me of santung silk although I can’t say for certain as there are no tags of fabric content or size. This gorgeously silky turquoise coat is lined in a vibrant striped pattern satin - like fabric and tailored to perfection! It features a single button closure at the neckline and 2 lined pockets on the sides. This style is so indicative of that 50s sophistication that we see in magazines and films from that era. Own an iconic piece of history and luxury with this gorgeous piece.
