This garment is finely made with many detailed touches, such as; cloth covered buttons, totally fitted jacket bodice with double breasted buttons; pleated fitted shoulders including fabric stiffer but NO shoulder pads; skirt starts at waist with fitted upper portion to hug the body with gentle pleating at the lower front and exquisitely 2-layered asymmetrically pleated ruffles at the sides with the added surprise of bows sewn flat at each side.
