Vintage Sugar Britches Life Size Weighted Sleeping Baby Doll

This artist made baby doll has a bisque hand painted life like face and hand painted bisque hands - the body is cloth that is weighted and filled with pellets. Included is a diaper, tights and booties. Also included with doll is a hand-crocheted pink baby gown and a bonnet. Wig, bonnet, clothing and shoes are removable. Excellent condition.
