Vintage Style Polka- Dot Dress

Black dress with white polka dots by I.N. San Francisco. Size 13. Runs small. Empire waist with decorative white sash. Full skirt lined with a lace slip that peeks out at the bottom. Zips up in back. Measurements are in photos. Only flaw is under the arm some of the dots have started to fade as shown in last 2 pics.
