Vintage Style Mod Shift Dress

Bought this for a job interview and got the job! Cute mod style shift dress that looks great as is or belted at the waist. It's a bit too short for me without tights, which is why I'm giving it up. Good condition, but there's a loose thread in the back of the collar (pictured).
