Vintage Style Fit & Flare Dress with Crochet Pearl Collar

This vintage dress features quality, thick fabric that is stretchy to fit just right. The neckline is cream crochet with pearls woven in, but the stitching is coming loose and pearls are falling off. There is also some staining on the front of the dress, not sure if will come out with a little TLC (I was scared to wash it!) or if it's a lost cause.
