Vintage Style Dress - Blue w/Flowers

Labeled as XL fits like a Large so I’m listing it as L. No longer my size. NOT large breast friendly. I’m a size G/E in bra I could technically button it up, but it’s tight and second button always opened. LOVE this dress though! Super light and breezy. Unsure of material. Not cotton, it makes a slight noise when you scratch your nail on it and it is not stretchy. NO pockets. Flowers are white, peach colored, and soft pink peach colored
