Super fun and bright dress! Tie back for a looser fit or across the waist for a more form fitting fit. Handmade in the USA. Excellent condition with no signs of wear. Dress is a size SMALL, or 4-6. The dress was handmade and is marked XL. It is clearly a women’s Small. I kept the tag to help show the excellent condition of the dress. Pit to pit: 18.5in Length: 36in Made of rayon.
