Preowned vintage; EUC Signed by artist JMJ on bottom. JMJ Pottery - Janine Mannion-Jones of Cheshire England This wood duck is as stunning as it is large & heavy. It is 13” x appx 6.5” W x 5.5” H and weighs 7lbs as it sits. It has a hollow interior. The attention to detail is very deliberate and you can see the art and craftsmanship in the anatomy and controlled variety of glaze choices and techniques. It has been expertly detailed to resemble a live wood duck right down to the size. The eyes are red glass eyes.
