Vintage Studio Collection Silk Dress sz 16

This vintage Studio Collection dress is NWT. Size 16, but fits more like a 12, it’s vintage sizing! Please see picture with flat measurements. It has pockets. I’m assuming it’s silk, I don’t see that written on the tag, but it feels like silk, may be a synthetic material. This would look adorable with boots or even dressed down.
