Vintage Stretchy Elastic Belt

1980s stretchy elastic belt with a rosette at the buckle. It’s a red woven fabric with a clasp behind the rosette. Good vintage condition. Laying flat it measures about 24 inches and it stretches to about 31 inches. Probably fits a modern small or medium.
