This skirt is so comfortable, soft and stretchy!! Tag says petite large so can fit a S-L easily 90% nylon 10% spandex made in USA. It fits me good (a little loose) and I'm a size 6. Has faux buttons down the center of skirt and opens completely halfway down to show leg! Measurements laying flat (unstretched): waist 16in. 32in top to bottom of whole skirt. 16.5in slit in front.
