Vintage Sterling silver ring with a faceted navette Hematite stone

This ring is marked Sterling on the inside of the band and there are some additional letters, L. S. P. And more that are too worn to read. The center stone is a faceted navette shaped hematite that measures 5/8”. The setting measures 1” and the ring is size 5 3/4. In very good condition.
